By using this website (higherwriters.com), you agree to be governed by these terms of service, relating to using our website, or rendering your services on our marketplace.
To enjoy some services on this website, higherwriters.com, you may first need to register, either as a writer or as a client. Writers wishing to join our team must register and submit all the required credentials for consideration. For writers, we have limited space and we only take best of the best.
When ordering for content, you are required to indicate the deadline of when you expect the work to be completed. This will guide us in planning and delivering the work on or before the indicated time or date.
Order cancellation is only applicable before the work has commenced, within 1-hour of order submission. To cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us directly via our contact page.
Change of instructions
Change of instructions should be done before the work commences. Only minor changes are acceptable when the work is in progress. It is not possible to change instructions when the work has been completed and submitted.
A client is always right! We accept unlimited number of revisions to ensure that our clients get what they have asked for.
Once you have submitted payment and work instructions, the work commences immediately. If you wish to cancel, you are free to do so within 1-hour of order submission, and when you do, you get all your money refunded back. Cancelling the order when the work has commenced is not possible.
